SUMMIT COUNTY — After closing all caves on national forest lands in the Rocky Mountain Region to protect bats from the delay white nose syndrome, the White River National Forest may re-open a few caves during the annual convention of the National Speleological Society, to be held this summer in Glenwood Springs.
