Salamander may make endangered list
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will consider whether to add a Texas amphibian to the federal list of endangered species.
The Jollyville Plateau salamander is normally found in springs and caves within the Jollyville Plateau area of the Edwards Aquifer, which is located in northern Travis and southern Williamson counties.
