45-Year-Old Being Treated For Diving Injury

2:45 p.m. A 45-year-old man is being treated in the Navy decompression chamber for "the bends," a diving hazard. The man was reportedly diving and fishing near the Marbo Cave area about 11 p.m. Friday. Angel Llagas, Guam Fire Department spokesman, said that the man apparently did not stabilize when he was heading to the surface, and got "the bends."
