Since many of our up and coming cave photographers have or soon will have extra flash gear I thought I would call upon our readers to let us know what they use or would prefer to use in caves.
Lynn and I use some firefly slaves with some older Vivitar 283 flash units, several Nikon flash units (SB-80 and SB-600), flash extender cords, remote camera triggers of various kinds, and of course tripods. We have also collected old flash bulbs and have a few battery powered flash holders with reflectors for them. So far we haven't experimented with the bulbs in caves.
So how about the rest of you? What do you use or want to use? Ask questions if you are unsure - we're all pretty friendly here.
