Hi Cavers, I'm Gary Ochsenbein, NSS7848, an old caver looking for a cave property for retirement. A current member of ESSO grotto and seriously looking for a cave property & would also be interested in a conservancy partnership. I've found two remote cave properties in Ky, one with a large unmapped, going cave, appears to be virgin? - but over 300 acres and too much $ for one person. Any cave property leads would be appreciated.

Hi Gary,
I might have one for you in Tennessee. I'll post a private message to you with the particulars. Good luck finding the right cave property!

Wet Cave is for sale. It has 20 acres and a 3,400 square foot home (former B&B). IMHO, the asking price is high. Mid-State Realty, LLC
