A fire started yesterday that evacuated Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. Here is a link to the story. www.postindependent.com/article/20050926/VALLEYNEWS/50926002A late season wildfire between Glenwood Springs and No Name that broke out this morning has grown from three to 10 acres by afternoon, and as of 4 p.m., the fire was 20 percent contained, said Renee Brousseau, of the Upper Colorado River Interagency Fire Management Center. Due to the fire, the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park was voluntarily evacuated. The Colorado Department of Transportation also closed the bike and pedestrian path through Glenwood Canyon from the Vapor Caves in Glenwood Springs and No Name “for safety,” said Nancy Shanks, CDOT spokeswoman. However I-70 remained open.

That picture on the link makes it look like the fire is just across the hill from where one of my Geocaches are. I wonder if I just had another cache go up in flames?
