pfs78 In general we do not give out cave locations here on this forum (especially true for cave in the US). Read the forum FAQ nssmembersforum.proboards28.com/index.cgi?board=youth&action=display&thread=1167967462 for more on this and other general information topics. Your best bet is to locate cavers near you. The National Speleological Society (NSS) is a good place to look for cave clubs (grottos) near you (www.caves.org). The people in NSS grottos usually take beginners or new members on a few mild trips to see how it works out for them etc. If you stick with it you can usually get to know some cavers and eventually learn where some caves are. Cavers are protective of sensitive underground resources for many reasons. You must earn their trust before such things are revealed. Best of luck in finding cavers near you. Stick around this forum and ask questions as you see fit. We'll try to answer them as best we can.

Welcome to the discussion board pfs78. Google is your friend. So is the library. In your quest for cave locations you will have to do some leg work and lots of research. Geology maps of the area and old topo maps are full of information if you know what your looking for, like sink holes and limestone areas. If your local grotto isn't much help then try another one. Not all are friendly to new comers. Not being from Cali, that's about the best advice I can give you.
