:- we have a cave for sale in midwest . Galena, Ks. just five miles from Joplin, mo. called the four state area cause south 100 miles to arkansas, 30 miles southwest to Oklahoma. It encludes 29 acres, cave is a old lime quarry dug out in a hill.has two holes in the front that are large enough to drive semi into. 3 1/4 acres inside cave. has a pit in the back where lead was mined out. property slso has 3 bedroom home and we also have two moblies on property that goes with it if the buyer wants it. 16/80 and a 14/80. we are wanting to retire. Not only that...she's in the old Tri-State lead-zinc district, not something called Four State. $3 million for 29 acres is $103,000 an acre for something which is potentially an EPA listable cleanup site...Please note the *name* of the town-- galena--the number one lead sulfide ore.
Man, she must think cavers are really really gullible! I don't think I'll buy it today. Azurerana
