Rabid bat bites Oro Valley woman An Oro Valley woman is recovering from an animal bite; one The Pima County Health Department says happened under a set of very rare circumstances. The woman was attacked by a bat in broad daylight. The incident happened last Wednesday near La Reserve Drive and Bighorn Point. "I was kind of paranoid when I came out this morning."
