The second meeting of the Tennessee Bat Working Group (TNBWG) will be held on 16 November, 2005 in Nashville at the Ellington Agriculture Center, TWRA Region 2 Office Building, Commissioner's Meeting Room. The TNBWG was formed in the summer of 2004 in recognition of the need for cooperation among various groups and individuals to help coordinate the
conservation of bat species in Tennessee.
This is an opportunity to learn more about the status of bat conservation efforts and participate in discussions regarding the current and future needs of bat species in Tennessee. Anyone with an interest in bat conservation is encouraged to attend.
Individuals with an interest in bat conservation in Tennessee are also encouraged to join the working group by contacting Andrea English, the current Secretary of the TNBWG, by phone (615-781-6626) or email (Andrea.English@state.tn.us).
In order to insure availability of materials and space, please notify John Lamb, the current Chair of the TNBWG, by phone (931-454-5378) or email (john.lamb@arnold.af.mil) if you plan to attend.
