Recently some vandalism occured to some stratified clay banks in a submerged cave system,and I am looking for individuals who can advise on repair of this formation. Pictures of the damage can be provided

I suspect repairing clay layers would require some smoothing of the vandalism (supposing there is no value in any surface features that is). If that could be done I imagine careful use of trowels or putty knife type instruments could achieve this.
It's a shame people have to vandalize everything.
