The Southeastern Cave Conservancy (SCCi) has created a new way for cavers to support the purchase and stewardship of Limrock Blowing Cave by sponsoring an SCCi boundary marker for the property. For more information on this, please see one of the folks on the Limrock Fundraising Committee (Carol Hawkins, Tommy Royston, Roger Haley) or stop by the SCCi tent during the TAG Fall Cave-In being held October 6-9. Or visit www.scci.org for more ways to donate to cave conservation.

Buy a Piece of the Boundary - Special Offer from SCCi
The SCCi's "Buy a Piece of the Cave" program for Limrock Blowing Cave has been a resounding success, and there are only a few pieces of the cave left. To meet the continuing demand, the Southeastern Cave Conservancy has created a new way for cavers to support the purchase and stewardship of the cave by sponsoring an SCCi boundary marker for the property.
For a donation of $25, your name will be inscribed on a yellow aluminum SCCi marker and placed along the property boundary. Once your marker is installed, you will receive its GPS location and have the opportunity to visit it whenever you like. Donors will also receive a miniature replica pin of the boundary marker.
When you visit the property, you are encouraged to locate your marker, take a picture of yourself standing next to it, and send it to the Limrock Fundraising Committee. Your photo will be placed on the Limrock page on the SCCi web site.
Next year, the Huntsville Grotto will sponsor a Limrock Cave Field Day when donors can gather to visit the property, locate their personal boundary markers, and tour the cave.
Visit the SCCi booth at the TAG Fall Cave-In to get your Limrock Boundary Marker, help pay off the mortgage, and support cave acquisition by cavers.

Wow, now that's a site worth visiting. Incredible photos. Thanks for the link Lynn. I now have a new (and really cool) background.
