CARLSBAD — A group of Carlsbad businessmen are considering building an office building along the Cascades Development in Carlsbad...
...The National Cave and Karst Research Institute is also slated to open its facility at the Cascades. A bid on construction for the institute is expected to be awarded within the next 90 days, Sepich said.
Sepich is also the vice president of the Carlsbad Department of Development.
