While attending the TAG Fall Cave-in event for a day Saturday I had the pleasure of visiting Inner Mountain Outfitters. At the NSS convention earlier this year I bought a pair of knee pads (Crawl-Daddys) that were slightly tight in the elastic areas from them. I thought they would stretch out a bit and be OK. Alas that was not to be and so I talked to Jeff Martin about them Saturday explaining I had worn them a few times and that they were slightly dirty since I had them inside my suit mostly. He suggested I bring them by after hosing off the dirt (easy to do) and he would get them back to the Crawl-Daddy folks for a slight alteration and get them back to me. I was very happy he took the time to take care of this for me in the middle of all the busy sales activities going on there - especially considering I hadn't bought a thing while there! In the end I bought a nice Gonzo Guano Gear expedition pack for hauling photo gear in pelican cases etc from them. Oh yes - I also want to thank the Crawl Daddy folks for making some great knee pads and supporting them so well. Jeff and Nina at IMO are good folks and I like to do business with them. You probably will too.
