Sorry, I don't know where the cheapest place is to buy Pelican cases. Some of the speleovendors may have them at a reasonable price. Here is another link if you want to compare prices for pelican boxes online: pelican.divemar.com/I've used an Otter box for about 5 years now for my camera. The Otter box brand may be a bit cheaper (I don't know) and I bought it at an REI store.

No, I haven't tried the Pelican headlight - but they do look interesting.
