"What Lies Below" will be showing on The Discovery Channel at 8:00 PM Saturday, October 28th. This is something of a pilot show that has the possibility of becoming a part of regular programming. This program features NSS cavers Nancy Aulenbach, Andrea Croskrey, and Jean Krejca caving in Iceland. A team of cave explorers, each with their own specialty, travel to any given location on planet Earth to explore and document the millions of uncharted miles of caves that rest beneath our feet, much of which has never been seen or tread on by mankind.dsc.discovery.com/tvlistings/episode.jsp?episode=0&cpi=25338&gid=0&channel=DSC

U.S. Cavers salutes Nancy, Andrea, and Jean for their great program "What Lies Below". It aired at 7:00 PM Tennessee time and I am sure many cavers all through the area watched it. The show was educational and exciting with some spectacular scenes both above and below Iceland. Congrats to the team that made this film possible.

We just got home from Trunk-or-Treat/Chili dinner at church tonight, so I missed the early showing. If anyone else had to miss it, you have a second chance to catch the show tonight. It airs again in about 40 minutes here in Alabama. That's 11:00 p.m. Central.

I second Brian's review of "What Lies Below"! Very nicely done Nancy, Jean, and Andrea, I hope the show is picked up as a regular series.
