Lynn and Kelly, FUD means Fear Uncertainty & Doubt. Ya know, it's that bogus crap that gets spread mega thick all over the internet to try to control how you think and feel. Dudettes - I already know how I think and feel so I don't need no Harrison or anydude else crammin their crap into my skull! I'm totally sure you two righteous caver chicks don't want their FUD spewed atcha either! Don't let these dudes wail on you on US Cavers. They got no self awareness or value man. It's for sure they don't have enough karma points to matter in this world. They float around watchin the surf tryin to hijack another dudes wave and it's for sure these bogus dudes don't care if they wipe you out while they do it. Man my aura gets all dark just thinkin about all this negativity.
Harrison dude needs to get his own surf board straight and clean before he goes off pokin his finger at ours. The dude needs to chill and take care of his messes and get a few Karma points before he takes on the world.

Dudette! You can call me Chuck. I surfed in on the NSS forum and found that Harrison dude has made some sort of big frickin deal out of what you asked him about. He got totally tweaked about it. The dude is paranoid supremo. I wouldn't get too stoked about the dude answerin your questions here tho. Harrison's postin bogus info on his forum is just spreadin FUD. It's a freakin waste of electrons man!

Dudes RSS feeds can be way cool if you are busy on the PC all day but the friggin doorbell ringing on WCN constantly is way bogus! No*freakin*body can concentrate on other stuff with that racket happening every two seconds. It totally sux when you want to crank up some new tunes! Tech is cool but it gets freakin annoying when it gets out of control and in your face all the time. Go Cavin! Woa!!! After readin up on all the Feedburner stuff I'm wonderin who is makin all the cashola off the clickthroughs? There's a helluvva lotta linkages and ads in all the stuff out there! Sumbuddys cashin in somewhere. Iz dat an Olive Branch or a Money Tree?

You sent false information regarding a U.S. Cavers Forum Administrator to the NSS OVP, who subsequently published the false information online in the OVP Report for the 2006 Spring Board of Governors Meeting. Sharon, now who's publishing false information? If you have a complaint about the report, please send it to the NSS. If you want to run for OVP and replace me if you are elected, that's the way it is. I'm not worried about it thought, despite what you think. Who knows, I'm trying to decide whether to run for BOG, after some inquiries. I'm still mulling it over.
I stand by the information sent to the OVP. None of it was false and ,as best I could determine, factual. Even presented with evidence (two separate snapshots of this site taken four months apart and archived on the Internet) you continue to deny what they show ("Huntsville Grotto" as the title of the forum). No other proof that the forum was operating other than a few emails that you had a test forum up.
What's even more curious to me is you never once mentioned to me the existance of this forum when I began administering the NSS Forum. You never mentioned it in any posts on the NSS Forum that I'm aware of, either. It seems to me that if you are running an active national caving forum and you have a new boss on the NSS Forum where you are also a moderator, you'd give them the courtesy of letting them know what you are up to.
While you posted during the first month the NSS Forum was reactivated, you haven't posted in the seven months since. You weren't posting when I sent the report and you haven't since last October. You are still registered and are welcome to post at any time. You have just chosen not to. Like it or not, the NSS Forum is an official arm of the NSS. You, have chosen not to participate. As for other moderators, my report concerned only the most recent moderators, not moderators from years gone by. You can wiggle all you want, but those are the facts.
I note your most frequent NSS complaints are about me and the OVP. Before me, you were mad at the previous forum administrator. I also note those are the same two positions you sought, but did not get. I view anything from you in that matter as just sour grapes.[/size] WoaTotally Bad Karma Dude

perhaps Wayne felt the dire need to advertise his forum on US Caver's as well as other discussion boards like Colorado Caves because most of the caving community have noticed that of the "nearly 700 NSS forum users" on average a mere 30-40 are active/online on the NSS Forum. Here is another example of Harrison's exploitation; using the Colorado caving forum to benefit a personal agenda. When forum users called Harrison on his actions; using their forum as a promotional tool to direct users to the NSS forum, he dismissed their concerns and cited his goals for the NSS forum. coloradocaves.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=332Why is this troublesome or why should anyone be concerned: Because the majority of caving forums are maintained and administered by NSS Members, some for over a decade and at the member's personal financial expense. Each forum serves as a tool to benefit cavers, speleology, and conservation of caves, in addition to providing fellowship between those interested in caves. Each caving forum serves as one element of the fellowship purpose of the NSS mission statement. Yo Taylor, Thanks for the Colorado Board forum link. I got a kick outa Harrisons friggin waffling there. He sure aint no <expletive deleted>cat is he? Hypocritcal is freakin more like it. Maybe he should make another forum as sort of a shrine for himself and call it Waynes World Forum. He can be the sole subscriber (although he would for sure report that hundreds of members are present) and totally have discussions with hisself while pattin hisself on the back. I guess he thinks it is OK for him to defame anybody he wants in public online. Its not bad enough that he picks on the two moderator chiks on this forum but then he turns around and beats on some poor Colorado caver dude for doing the same thing on the NSS board! Dudes - what is the NSS thinking having him workin so flippin hard to sink their ship? Chucky

I totally agree NZ. Any friggin body can abuse tags on Flickr or whatever to run yer public photos all over the 'net. Dude - that means yer stuff could even show up on frickin "Pron sites"! I was thinkin of sharin some of my stuff out there too. If I do I totally will put my copyright info all over it. It kinda sux to have to do all a dat but I don't want some dweeb takin credit for my work man. Thanks to a few bungholes sometimz the whole freakin world is drownin in bad Karma. bummed again, Chuckie

Way Bad Karma!
What sort of friggin wimp hides behind a computer to make themself feel "superior"? Bogus freakin weenie needs to grow a pair and do somethin good in the world instead man. So much negative energy goes into that crap that could all be focused on cavin instead. I hope the loser reads this and takes a long hard look in the friggin mirror.
Hang tuff Lynn!

Awesome trip Sharon. Most excellent pics too. The cave was small but sometimes good things come in small packages. Woa - I'm like totally missing something! Dudette, where was the pic of the 100 foot pit all those TAG caves have? ;D

Total coolness Off Rope, I am glad to hear that Karma smiles on Team Thor through Phillips sister. It's awesome to learn he died doing something he just had to do as part of his life of adventure. Dudes it's way tough for us to know how to feel about things if all the facts are not out there to scope out so I am psyched about knowing more of your Thor story and getting the right vibes instead of wrong ones. It would be righteous if you can share any DVD profits with Phillips family too.
Peace, Chucky

Team Thor, Dudes I know the Thor world record was a way cool rappel of a lifetime. The problem I got is Team Thor selling a load of DVDs considerin the BAD Karma connected to the rangers death up there man. It's way bad Karma to make money off of such a deal. "Let your conscience be your guide" dudes.

Dude, That is some awesome detail we all have been waiting to hear man! It was a righteous rappel down 4200 feet fer sure. Your budz description makes it sound like all the slope is at the bottom though. That is way cool really. Better ride down and better Karma for record breaking rappels. Chucky

tim, i am nearly 60 years old and if i wanna speculate at the level i am speculating i will.......... lynn, the back side of the mountain is not difficult in good weather, if you are a rock climber of average skill, or if you know the way up via a ledge route........if that guy tried to go up the left hand back edge he could have easily gotten in serious trouble real quick....... Right on Dude! Since you were there before you for sure know the layout of the place and good Karma continues to flow your way from that place of power. Man I totally agree you are free to speculate about anything you friggin want to! Chucky had no troubles knowin you were just giving your opinion instead of facts and I aint no einstein! Tell us more about Mt Thor dude! It sounds like a most awesome natural place. Chucky
