This new headlamp could rival the Stenlight here in the U.S. Supposedly, the price will rival that of the Stenlight. www.serv-light.com/index.html

Looks like a nice unit Brad. I love my Sten however! The Aluminum Sten case is definitely tougher and I think it may be sealed better. The Serve-light is a serious contender if they can keep prices similar or below.

Brad, The website doesn't give a whole lot of info on what you get with the light........like what kind of battery pack it comes with. I don't see a helmet mounted one, just a cord. Do you know anything more about it? Hopefully you can mount it on your helmet and it runs off two or three AA's.

I have no specs, Dan. I just happened upon it and I thought it was pretty, so I posted it. I wouldn't trade my Sten for it either. I can't imagine it could possibly be impressive enough to convince me to trade it out. I have to admit though....it is sexy looking.

The one thing it's got going for it is that it claims it's totally NON magnetic. I could imagine having one for surveying if it's a decent light otherwise. It sounds like they haven't worked out a battery yet.
I agree though, it's very sexy indeed!
