Well today we ended up taking a drive looking for more cracks to explore plus checking one that we knew was there (Short Creek). We was hoping to find the Haunted Cave that was supposed to be under a bridge here on a Kentucky main highway. However we didn't find the cave. After looking for a few minutes we decided to go on down the road to the Short Creek Cave. This cave gets it name from the creek that comes out of one wall, and makes slight bend and enters into the cave system. After looking around at the beautiful surroundings of the exterior we decided to take a peek inside the cave. All I will say, is after what we seen we will be definitely be returning in the near future to go deeper inside this unexplored wonder. After leaving Short Creek, we decided to drive to another road and continue to look for some more caves that we had some information about. We was looking for a cave in a field with a silo. Well we found the field however, it was marked Private Property so we will have to locate the owner and obtain permission before getting to continue the adventure. Anyhow all in all our little ridgewalkers had a blast today. As you can probably tell from the look on there faces in the picture below. Till next time enjoy the travels. Cave hard, but lightly.

We had been there one time before but the water was up so we didn't peak in like we did today.
This won't be the last for sure. To much cave there not to go back.

Here is where the river actually spills into the cave. I failed to put it up in the first run of pictures
